About Kevin
Kevin is a third-generation Realtor. He grew up in Friendswood Texas helping his Dad maintain and manage properties. Kevin has consistently been in the top 5% of Realtors in the Austin MSA. He has been recognized consistently in Texas Monthly as a Five Star Professional and Platinum Top Fifty finalist. Both awards have customer satisfaction as a key component.

In today’s transitioning market, experience is vital. Many Realtors have never seen a challenging business cycle. As we navigate the increase in inventory - not all neighborhoods will perform the same. Kevin has worked with both new construction buyers as well as those wanting pre-owned homes. He has strong builder relationships and has helped hundreds of families in Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties purchase new and pre-owned homes.

Kevin works with a team because he wants Five Star service for his clients. His Transaction Coordinator, Ellie Sumer, has been with him for over 10 years. 

Kevin and his wife, Karen, enjoy traveling, photography, live music, and spending time with family and friends. As native Texans, they like nothing better than introducing clients and visitors to all that Central Texas has to offer.
