About Kevin
Kevin is an accomplished small business owner, having designed, built and operated three successful restaurants in the Seattle area. Kevin’s experience in the business world has transferred over to his dealings in real estate. A savvy negotiator, coupled with a no nonsense attitude and straight forward personality, make him a strong asset to have in your corner.
Kevin was born and raised in Seattle and grew up in Magnolia. As graduate of Seattle Prep and the University of Washington, Kevin has lived in many of Seattle’s neighborhoods.
In his spare time, Kevin serves on the Alumni Board at Seattle Prep and for the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity at UW along with coaching his kid’s sports teams. Tracy has been a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House since 2004 and is also very involved at Assumption St. Bridget School. Tracy and Kevin are extremely passionate about their community involvement.
