About Kevin

Kevin specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors with real estate transactions in the Denver Metro Area. Within Denver, he has an intimate knowledge of the Park Hill, Stapleton, City Park, and Baker neighborhoods. Kevin also assists buyers that seek fix-and-flip and rental properties. He helps with securing financing, investment analysis, rehabilitation, and property management.

Kevin has been in the real estate business for over eight years, and as an investor he gained a great deal of experience with Denver market trends. Since his start in the industry, he has gotten his real estate license and increased his expertise in real estate investing and consulting. Kevin is also a member of The Denver Metro Association of Realtors®. As a Denver native, he understands the complexities and evolution of the different neighborhoods. He is a fierce negotiator who strives to take the stress out of each real estate transaction. He has a unique approach to listening to his clients' needs, and actively advocates for them to provide results that surpass their expectations.

Kevin earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado. After school, he embarked on a 13-year professional basketball career that provided him with the opportunity of living in six different countries (Portugal, Poland, Greece, Russia, Turkey, Italy) and traveling to many more. Kevin speaks a little of a lot of languages; he will forever be changed by the experiences that he had. Kevin loves to travel and enjoys learning about different cultures and their diverse approaches to life, design, and architecture so he can incorporate the most innovative and unique ideas into the projects he works on. Kevin and his wife love their 10-year-old Chihuahua and enjoy hiking, yoga, fitness, and nutrition.
