Kevin Hom

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kevin began his real estate career managing his family’s investment properties, where he developed hands-on experience in renovations, construction coordination, property management, and residential flips. That early exposure gave him a practical understanding of homes beyond the surface level — from evaluating renovation potential and construction quality to identifying long-term value opportunities for his clients.

While earning his degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Kevin built a strong foundation across multiple sectors of the real estate industry, including property management, leasing, real estate development, and residential sales. After returning to the Bay Area, he purchased his first home in Dublin, California, where he now lives with his sister and their English Bulldog, Todd.

In addition to residential real estate, Kevin has extensive experience in Retail Real Estate Consulting and Commercial Tenant Representation, advising nationally recognized lifestyle brands such as Vuori, Quay Australia, Momofuku, and Modern Animal on strategic expansion initiatives. By leveraging direct-to-consumer insights alongside demographic and psychographic data, he helped brands identify high-performing markets and deploy capital effectively across the country.
