Kevin McCollom

Kevin is a fourth generation San Franciscan and native of Noe Valley, who owns and lives now with his family in Glen Park. The son of one of the top residential real estate agents, he has had the benefit of incredible exposure to many unique properties and deals. Kevin has helped his clients navigate the unique San Francisco real estate market having witnessed several business cycles, bringing experience and long-term perspective to his practice.

He personally manages his own investment properties so he knows first hand the difficulties of overseeing rental properties in a city governed under rent control. The majority of his business is generated from repeat clients and referrals from other satisfied clients. Kevin’s goal is to earn the loyalty of his clients, as well as referrals to other prospective clients, by providing exceptional service, no matter whether the transaction is big or small.
