Kevin Muir is a third-generation Realtor and a lifelong Northern Virginia resident. Real estate isn't a second career — it's the family business, and the only thing he's ever wanted to do.

Over the past six years, Kevin has closed more than $50 million in volume across Arlington, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, and surrounding areas. His background in biometric systems engineering shapes how he thinks about real estate: trace every input, model the outcomes, eliminate the noise. In 2024, Kevin closed a $4.25 million team record sale. In 2025, he was named Team Member of the Year at his previous brokerage — recognition driven by the highest volume of repeat and referral business, the metric that matters most to him.

Outside of real estate, Kevin is Vice President of the Ravensworth Farm Pool and plays competitive underwater rugby at the national level.
