With over 20 years of experience creating a successful business in the apparel industry as a textile converter and importer (primarily in surf and skatewear) , Kevin brings a sharp eye for detail, a solutions-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of global business, critical to navigating the South Bay’s internationally diverse market. He knows how to work through complex challenges and make deals happen - whether it’s sourcing inventory from overseas or negotiating the right terms for a real estate transaction.

When you're ready to start, we will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.

Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
