Kevin is a 30 year resident of Morningside and more than 15 years selling real estate as a top producer in the Atlanta Intown market area. He focuses on making his client's real estate transactions smooth and seamless. Both buyers and sellers need someone with local expertise and a vast amount of experience as Kevin knows the ins and outs of the Atlanta market better than anyone.
He began his real estate career in 2003 and has closed hundreds of transactions. In addition to a 13-year career with Verizon Wireless where he held a successive number of positions in sales and marketing, he also holds a business degree with a concentration in marketing.

Loehrig + Purinai is led by business partners Randall Loehrig and Kevin Purinai. Their mission is to help people find their place in Atlanta. They have extensive experience with newer construction, buying and selling historic properties, and the intricacies of transacting in a condo community. Intown real estate is their specialty; however, they conduct transactions outside the city as well (thank you Google Maps!).
