Raised around Bay Area real estate as a part of his grandmother’s multi-generational brokerage, Kevin started by helping with open houses during his college years at UC Berkeley, to closing over $25M in home sales each year. During his career, his sales have totaled 350+ transactions and $550M+ in volume, consistently ranking in the nation’s top 1.5% of realtors and the top 10% of agents in SF* annually.
Kevin is also an active property manager servicing approximately 50 doors throughout the SF Bay Area. He helps his clients with everything from buying and selling to negotiating commercial leases, dealing with tenant issues, and referring painters, movers, contractors–even nannies.
