I know several people who have used Kevin Vandermate as their buying or selling agent. In one case, he was both. All were extremely pleased with their outcomes. One of his clients told me that if it wasn't for Kevin and his great negotiating skills, they wouldn't have their new home.
We know a number of Realtors®, but when it was time for us to sell, there was no question whatsoever that we'd use Kevin to sell our home.
