Kevin Velotta

Kevin Velotta started working in the Commercial Real Estate industry in 2007 specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. For over six years he oversaw a portfolio of over $650 Million in commercial real estate assets. 

Since 2014, Kevin specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Bay Area where he has completed over 500,000 square feet and over $100,000,000 in total Sales and Leasing transactions. He focuses on Mixed use, Retail, and Multi Family properties making him a valuable resource for his clients in these product types.  His experience in these markets allow him to find the best opportunities for his clients’ needs and achieve their investment goals.He is dedicated to giving excellent service and delivering optimal solutions.

Kevin grew up in the East Bay playing Football and Basketball for Northgate High School.  After High School he attended California State University Long Beach earning a degree in Business Economics. He is currently a Chairman for a Community Center in Concord. Outside of work he enjoys staying active at the gym, sports, and playing the guitar.
