About Kevin

Kevin graduated from Indiana University in 1978. Originally from Indiana, he bought his first property in Fort Myers in 2001. He was a part-time resident until 2005 when he moved here permanently. He has over 25 years of experience in handling sellers and buyers of real estate. He makes the buying or selling experience stress-free for his clients. Experience in handling Short Sales, Foreclosures, 1031 Exchanges.
