About Kevin
Kevin became a REALTOR® to combine two of his greatest passions: entrepreneurship and service. A U.S. Navy veteran and Belmont University graduate, he’s lived in Nashville for more than 25 years and built a successful, referral-based real estate business over the past 17 years. With over 500 closed transactions, Kevin brings unmatched knowledge, experience, and trust to every client relationship.
Kevin currently serves as the Managing Broker of the Broadwest Parks | Compass RE office and is a state-licensed real estate instructor. He believes real estate education is directly tied to industry success and professionalism—and he’s passionate about giving back to fellow REALTORS® the same knowledge and support he’s received from the REALTOR® association and community.
In 2024, Kevin served as President of Greater Nashville REALTORS® and now represents Middle Tennessee as Division 2 Vice President for Tennessee REALTORS®. He served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors in both 2023 and 2024 and continues to serve on the boards of both the Greater Nashville and Tennessee REALTORS®.
