Before entering real estate, Kevin built a successful career at Genentech, where he developed the analytical thinking, precision, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his approach today. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and further expanded his expertise through UCLA’s Construction Management program.

With a family background rooted in San Francisco residential construction, Kevin’s understanding of property extends well beyond the transaction.
