Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Moira specializes in working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, relocation clients, and rentals. Having started her career on a team before becoming a solo agent, she is well-versed in every aspect of the business. Her personal experience with property ownership and renovations—from cosmetic upgrades to larger development projects—further enriches the insights she brings to her clients.

Before real estate, Moira built a strong foundation in social work, hospitality, and sales, giving her the ability to connect naturally with people and provide the highest level of care. She prides herself on not only finding the right home but also connecting clients with trusted professionals—lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and more—to streamline the entire transaction.

Originally from Hingham, Massachusetts, and raised on the Main Line of Pennsylvania, Moira returned to New England for college before spending nearly 20 years living in Boston’s diverse neighborhoods. In 2021, she and her family relocated to Windham, New Hampshire, where they now reside. Since beginning her real estate career in 2017, Moira has developed extensive knowledge of Boston’s neighborhoods as well as the surrounding suburbs leading up to southern New Hampshire.

Moira holds a BS in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and a MS in Social Work from Bridgewater State University. Outside of real estate, her greatest joy is her family—she is the proud mom of three wonderful children. She loves traveling, spending time at the lake, dreaming up home renovation projects, and striving for a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
