About Khan

Khan has helped thousands of families over the years with their housing needs. Khan’s real estate career started over 17 years ago when he decided to get into the property management industry as a Community Business Relations Manager. Over the years he has managed multi-million dollar assets in Orange County, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), has earned the prestigious ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) professional designation, and has served on the board of the LA Chapter. As a self-professed life-longer learner, Khan is passionate and focused on delivering world-class service for his clients. He keeps his eye and ears on the market, networks regularly with industry professionals, and is engaged with the community to stay current on what is happening so he can leverage the best services and tools for his clients.

In the world of real estate, strategy matters, knowledge is power, and who you decide to partner with is important. Khan brings more than just the nuts and bolts of a transaction to the table for his clients. In college, he majored in International Relations and Social Economics, and he’s traveled extensively meeting people from all walks of life throughout the US and the world. Khan has a strong background in project management, has an excellent grasp on the marketing strategies needed and the execution necessary to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Now a resident of Silverlake in Los Angeles with his wife and two Siberian Huskies, he enjoys all that Southern California has to offer – the beaches, the fine attractions, supporting local businesses, the great outdoors and being a part of the community in which he lives and serves. And of course who does not love the amazing weather and lifestyle we have here in SoCal! He is a member of the National Ski Patrol and has been a professional alpine patroller for more than ten years at the local resorts, where his passion to help people is served well. He’s also a member of COMPASS' Care Committee and enjoys volunteering for organizations like Habitat for Humanity. Khan speaks Thai proficiently and has a working knowledge of Japanese.
