I first began my real estate career in 2004 in residential sales and investment properties. In 2008 I helped build and grow a successful family business directly tied to the housing industry, where I worked closely with architects, designers, and builders. After selling that business, I returned to my original passion ā helping people navigate real estate with clarity, strategy, and genuine care.
Having lived in Boulder for more than two decades, Iāve developed extensive knowledge of its neighborhoods, mountain corridors, and the unique nuances that define each community. My background in sales, contract negotiation, and small-business ownership allows me to advocate for clients with grounded expertise and a thoughtful, steady approach.
Outside of real estate, Iām an avid outdoor enthusiast and when not working am likely to be found trail running, cycling with my teens or fly fishing. I believe the right home is more than a place to live ā itās a foundation for the lifestyle you want to create. Helping clients find homes that bring them joy is truly at the heart of my work.
