With a background in hospitality and Interior Design, Khol was destined for the world of Real Estate, and even more, for the Moda Group team.
Born and raised in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, Khol earned her Marketing degree from the University of Missouri’s College of Business. After graduation, she knew a desk-only job wasn’t for her. She wanted a career that mixed creativity, people, and problem-solving and Chicago was calling. She began her career with an Interior Design internship for a local designer, quickly finding her groove in sourcing materials, selecting finishes, and staging homes. Turns out, transforming spaces came pretty naturally.
She went on to join the trade team at Restoration Hardware, where Khol worked alongside designers across Chicago on full-scale projects. The role sharpened her organization skills, fueled her creative thinking, and taught her how to really listen to what clients want (and need). Somewhere between floor plans and furniture installs, her love for real estate took hold. Helping people make a house feel like home was the part she couldn’t get enough of- and she knew she wanted to be part of the process from the very beginning.
At Moda Group, Khol is known for her attention to detail, positive energy, and ability to keep everything moving without missing a beat. During her time as Operations Manager, she was the behind-the-scenes MVP, making sure transactions stayed on track and clients felt supported every step of the way. Today, she brings that same hands-on approach directly to her clients, guiding them through buying, selling, and leasing with confidence, clear communication, and a bit of fun along the way. Bonus: she loves weighing in on staging and helping clients envision their space post-close.
Khol lives in Lakeview, where she’s always on the hunt for a new restaurant to try, proudly lives up to her Wisconsin love of cheese, and unwinds with reality TV with her cat, Hughie.
