Kim is knowledgeable about renovation planning, layout and design. Having completed multiple pre-war renovations and re-designs, Kim helps her clients envision the full potential of a property and can give advice on the practical implications of turning a project into a home.

Currently, Kim lives with her husband and three sons in a Carnegie Hill co-op. An Upper East Side resident for nearly two decades, she has lived in multiple neighborhoods throughout the city including the Upper West Side, the West Village and Midtown. Kim is a native of Virginia and is an honors graduate of the University of South Carolina where she studied marketing and sales. She is actively involved in leadership roles with multiple charitable organizations and her sons' schools.
