About Kim
Kim Conlon is a Real Estate Broker in Illinois. She began working as a property manager with her family’s residential rental company in 1998, while pursuing a career as a Special Education Teacher. Kim obtained a Real Estate Broker license in 2007 while working with Chicago Public Schools. After seven years teaching, she decided to focus on her love for real estate management and sales full-time.

Kim’s clients enjoy working with her for her patience, great attention to detail, and eagerness to listen to their needs. She prides herself on helping her clients discover key factors that are most important when leasing, buying, or selling a home or investment property.

Experience as a Landlord and Property Manager have given her a keen eye for value and opportunity. These roles allow her to work with a variety of trades when remodeling a property, as well as general maintenance. Kim is able to work with sellers to identify remodeling projects to achieve the highest sale price, assist home buyers who are looking for ideas in a fixer upper, and collaborate with investors seeking a diamond in the rough to create highly desirable residential rentals.

After living in Bucktown for nearly 15 years, Kim now resides in Portage Park. She enjoys going to local farmer’s markets, watching HGTV, and spending time with her family and friends.
