Kim Foster

Kim combines a lifelong passion for homes with deep industry knowledge. The daughter of an award-winning interior designer and a Realtor®, she grew up learning about construction, design, and what makes a house feel like home.

After earning a business degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, Kim spent more than 20 years running a successful interior design firm, creating homes throughout Denver, Aspen, Vail, Summit County, and Hawaii. Her experience helps clients see potential, identify red flags, and maximize value—whether buying, selling, or renovating.

A Denver native, Kim knows the city’s neighborhoods, parks, schools, and unique character. She guides clients through every step of the process, helping them find the right home, attract the right buyer, and confidently move into their next chapter.
