About Kim

Kim has been living and loving life in Denver, CO since 2009. Drawn to the Centennial State for all its outdoor opportunities, Kim quickly fell in love with the city of Denver, its history and unique character. Kim has developed extensive knowledge of central Denver and suburbs over the past 14 years and watched as Denver has transformed into the thriving, diverse city it is today.

With a background working in the healthcare for over a decade, Kim loves helping people and works tirelessly for her clients. She has an excellent pulse on the market and thrives on creating strategies for buyers and sellers to achieve their unique goals. Kim is extremely detail-oriented, trustworthy and passionate about being an advocate for her clients.

Kim also loves educating and helping people build wealth through real estate. As an investor herself, she knows how to analyze the investment potential of properties and guide her investor clients in the nuances of their investment purchase, ROI analysis and property management.
