Committed to education, Kim is focused on learning as much as possible to better serve her clients. She is currently pursuing the official SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) to better serve clients over the age of 50. This specialized knowledge equips her to expertly navigate the complex factors influencing housing decisions, including retirement, financial considerations, health changes, recreational interests, and evolving family dynamics.

Kim's experience extends to handling complex situations such as trusts, estates, relocation, renovations, and various financing options, ensuring your next move is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Along with her husband Brian, the Halls have been an active part of the Beech Grove and Franklin Township communities of Indy's Southeast Side for more than 30 years. You'll find them volunteering at The Creek and on committees in their neighborhood, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and spending time with their family.
