Kim built her real estate foundation over six years on a real estate team mastering buyer strategies, complex market analyses and listing preparations. This experience provided the confidence her clients rely on for contract negotiating and smooth transaction management.

Before entering real estate full-time in 2019, Kim spent 12 years as an elementary special education and kindergarten teacher. This instilled in her a blend of patience, empathy, organization, and a natural service-oriented mindset to guide her clients through complex real estate transactions.

COMMUNITY.

After being rooted on Indy’s southeast side for over 30 years, Kim and her husband, Brian have recently relocated to the north side to be closer to family. Just as they were active in their Franklin Township community, they look forward to establishing new connections while holding on to the lasting relationships they’ve been blessed to have.
