Kim Hardin

Kim Hardin, a Middle Tennessee native, resides in the Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood. Before obtaining her real estate license, she spent many years staging, designing and managing home renovations. Her expertise also extends into starting up, designing and managing VRBO properties, along with overseeing 20 long-term rentals. She has helped a variety of clients from first time home buyers to seasoned investment buyers in Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Dickson, Cheatham and Grundy Counties, to name a few. Kim brands herself as being a very "hands-on, relational agent" who will go beyond the call of duty to assist her clients with anything from landscaping and floral design to touring homes via FaceTime for local and out of state buyers alike. Mother to three adult children, Kim is well versed in the various seasons of life and the housing/family changes that come along with it. In turn, she offers a unique and deep perspective of neighborhoods and areas of the city, plus the best amenities available for her clients. In her spare time, you can find her crafting beautiful edibles such as cakes, cookies and cupcakes, which has been a labor of love for over 20 years...ergo the nickname "Cake Kim".
