About Kim
Kim is a full-time real estate agent licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She has been helping clients navigate the real estate process since 2016 and joined Andrea Harrington & Associates at Compass in 2026. Kim believes great preparation, clear communication, and honest expectations are key to a successful transaction, and she places a strong emphasis on educating her clients so they can make confident, informed decisions. 

Originally from South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Kim moved to Delaware in 2002 for graduate school at the University of Delaware and made it her home. Prior to real estate, she worked for the State of Delaware in constituent relations and public policy and then spent seven years as a stay-at-home mom. Kim is married with three children and enjoys gardening and reading when she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals. After 21 years in Delaware, she and her family relocated to Landenberg, Pennsylvania, further deepening her connection to the communities she serves.
