Kim Hutson

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Kim Hutson is a true Austin native with deep family roots and a lifelong perspective on how the city has grown and evolved. That insight gives her a clear understanding of both the lifestyle and the real estate market that shapes Austin today.

Having lived across Austin from the East Side to Northwest Hills, Southwest Austin, and downtown, Kim offers a well-rounded perspective of the city. She helps clients identify the right fit based on how they want to live, not just where they want to live, with a focus on long term value.

Kim’s experience as Vice President of Accounting and HR for a software company brings a strong financial and strategic foundation to her real estate work, complemented by her background as a family law paralegal, where she developed a strong foundation in legal contracts, attention to detail, and managing complex transactions. Kim brings an informed perspective on real estate investing, helping clients think through long term value and potential opportunities.

Kim works alongside Heather Hudson at Austin Residential Group, where she continues to refine her expertise under the mentorship of one of Austin’s top agents.

Outside of real estate, Kim values time with her family and staying active, often spending time at Lady Bird Lake. She has a strong connection to the outdoors and an active lifestyle, having spent years staying active, including training for triathlons. She also enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene, discovering new restaurants, staying engaged in social activities throughout the city, and you will likely find her listening to jazz at one of Austin’s many live music venues.
