With over 13 years in real estate and 28 years of customer service excellence, Kim combines experience, passion, and a personal touch in every transaction. Her journey began in Boston, MA, where she sold homes downtown while earning her degree at Babson College. In 2006, she left snowy winters behind for sunny California, where she expanded her expertise as an account executive, loan processor, and underwriter in the mortgage industry. This well-rounded background gives Kim a unique perspective to guide her clients with clarity and confidence.
Kim’s dedication to real estate runs deep: “I realized early on how daunting the real estate process can be. I truly believe that I always find my tribe, the clients that trust me to have their back, but also clients that are willing to come into the journey with an open mind. After a decade in the semiconductor industry selling capital equipment and then managing a customer service business development group, Kim returned to her true passion—helping people navigate the world of real estate. Her mission is to educate and advocate for her clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Kim’s zest for life takes her to music festivals, international travels, and volunteering at orphanages worldwide, always looking for ways to build new life memories. She’s danced her way through Thailand, Italy, and Montenegro. Closer to home, you'll find her writing reviews on the latest restaurant she's tried, caring for pets on Rover, and hosting charity events to give back to the community she loves so much through food drives and fundraisers to help local animal shelters.
