About Kim

For four decades Kim's family owned a real estate agency in the Maryland suburbs of Prince George's County. After living around the country and overseas, now Kim is serving and living in the community where she grew up. She brings experience, order, and calm to the buying and selling process.
 
Before launching her real estate career, Kim's education and early professional work were in the fields of journalism, marketing, and the book trade. That solid grounding in communications serves her real estate practice well as she represents and markets properties with real flair, and she negotiates with clarity and effectiveness.

For several years Kim and her husband lived and worked overseas in the Middle East. During that time she conducted multiple real estate transactions for her own household. That experience fueled in her an understanding of the extra details and logistics that must be handled when working with expat and international clients, having been one herself. 

Kim lives with her husband and rescue dog and cat in Greenbelt, Maryland. She is a founding member of the Greenbelt Business Alliance, a board member of her local co-op grocery store, and a co-founder of the Greenbelt Farmers Market. She is a longtime practitioner of yoga, an enthusiastic home cook, and enjoys sailing on the Chesapeake.
