Kim Kelley

Kim’s passion for real estate started when she was looking to buy her first home. Going through that experience made her realize just how essential it is to have an honest, knowledgeable, and ethical agent on your side.

As an expert in Highland Park with deep roots in the nearby towns, Kim has extensive knowledge of the North Shore area. She leverages this expertise to work with clients relocating from both within Illinois and out of state. She assists both buyers and sellers including first time home buyers all the way up to high level executives looking at lake front estates. While she loves looking at homes, what she truly cherishes is seeing her clients find their dream home or successfully sell and move on to an exciting new chapter.

The most important aspects of her work are being available whenever her clients need her, and always making the process as smooth and worry-free as possible, not to mention making each client feel as if they are her only client. Giving individual attention to everyone she works with is her specialty. Kim wants all of her clientele to feel they as if they most important person in the transaction.

For sellers, she focuses on strategic pricing, with her clients typically receiving an average of 98% of their asking price if not way over where they started. For buyers, her goal is to find exactly what they are looking for within their desired price range. She believes in educating her clients and is always willing to meet as many times as necessary to outline the right plan.

Kim is committed to answering every question quickly and thoughtfully, supported by strong industry relationships that help her close more deals successfully. This commitment—paired with her innovative approach—has earned her numerous performance awards and a spot in the top 1.5% of the country and top 1% of North Shore agents. Throughout her career, she has completed over $350 million in transactions, often using her creativity to discover off-market properties.

Kim was born and raised on the North Shore and now lives in Highland Park. While she sells in Illinois, Kim also has her license in Florida and often goes down to visit her daughter Tyler and her father. Outside of work, her second passion is travel. Kim and Tyler explore the world together, learning about different cultures and visiting as many countries as they can. When at home, she enjoys walking to talking to town and taking in all of what Highland Park has to offer.
