A native of Manhattan, rooted in the Upper West Side and Harlem, Kim Martin-Shah has a plethora of knowledge about New York City. Though Kim has lived in Manhattan her entire life, she still finds it to be a magical place - one she deeply enjoys sharing with her clients.

Kim’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is the relationships she creates with her clients as they embark upon the journey of home buying or selling together. She treats every sale as if it were own, and though juggling a busy family life, her genuine commitment and tremendous work ethic makes each client feel like her singular priority. Extremely energetic, dedicated, and relatable, she brings all of those aspects of herself to every relationship she has both professionally and personally.

Kim first became intrigued with real estate over 15 years ago while scouring the city for her first home. Her professional career prior to real estate was at a premier financial service firm. She holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in computer science. Kim enjoys traveling with her husband, friends, and family, relishes in watching her two sons play baseball and basketball, is a lifelong Knicks and Mets fan, and loves experiencing New York City's endless culinary options.
