Kim McAlister is a fourth-generation Solano County resident who knows first-hand what makes Northern California a desirable area to call home. Working in real estate since 2005, Kim, an award- winning top producer, has earned both her Senior Real Estate Professional and Military Relocation Professional Certificates. Her compassion, experience, desire to help others and commitment to putting her client’s needs first are some of the reasons for her continued success in the real estate industry.

Kim is very family-oriented and proud of her husband’s career in the fire service. Together they’ve raised three children and have five grandchildren, all of whom who live close by.
