About Kim
Kim Meredith-Hampton is a distinguished leader in the real estate and
property management industry, bringing unparalleled expertise and a track
record of success to the Compass Education team. Currently pursuing her
CCIM designation, Kim holds several prestigious credentials, including MPM®
(Master Property Manager) and RMP® (Residential Management Professional)
designations through NARPM. Under her leadership, her company is one of
only 50 nationwide to earn the coveted CRMC® (Certified Residential
Management Company) designation.
Kim’s leadership extends far beyond her own company. With over a decade of
service on the Florida Association of Realtors Board of Directors, she’s
made a lasting impact on the real estate community. She’s a proud Double
Platinum Major Investor and Double Hall of Fame member of RPAC,
contributing to the Realtor Political Action Committee and shaping public
policy through the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors (2022–2027). Her
past roles include serving as State President of the National Association
of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), President of the Women’s Council
of Realtors, and Chairman of the Property Management Council for Florida
Realtors.
An accomplished investor, Kim owns and manages an impressive portfolio of
assets, including commercial properties in Orlando, Ocoee, and St.
Petersburg, a 10-unit multifamily property in St. Petersburg, and a
co-working business. She also oversees Hampton & Hampton Management &
Leasing, Inc., a 450-unit property management company, and The Florida
Nest, a 42-unit short-term property management firm.
Kim’s passion for education, advocacy, and innovation continues to elevate
the real estate industry and inspire the next generation of property
management professionals.
