About Kim

These defining characteristics are the foundation on which Kim built her professional career, including more than a decade advising real estate clients on both personal and investment goals. Informed by strong relationships fostered over 20 years in the entertainment industry and PR, an accomplished casting director for film and TV, Kim is a seasoned negotiator and dynamic communicator, bringing exceptional service and a creative approach to real estate. Knowing every client is different, she listens to identify their distinct objectives, meeting challenges head-on and problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions. Her attention to detail helps build trust with her clients and colleagues alike.

Graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Kim began her professional career as a research associate at The Brookings Institution in Washington DC, and at the UN in Geneva Switzerland. She segued to entertainment upon moving to Los Angeles in 1990. Her incomparable knowledge of LA neighborhoods combined with her understanding of the unique needs of entrepreneurs and freelancers provides a rich basis for her diverse clientele, many relocating from out of state and buying and selling for the first-time.

Having spent her Wonder Bread years in the Midwest, Kim now resides in Santa Monica with her film editor husband, college-aged daughter and energetic chocolate lab. She's volunteered as a health educator for Planned Parenthood, served on the PTA board at her daughter's public school as well as spearheaded bi-annual book fairs. Kim shared her latest local discoveries as a contributing writer for Red Tricycle (now TinyBeans), and continues to be the go-to-gal for detailed 411 on neighborhood resources, including vendors, schools, restaurants, services and shopping from Laurel Canyon and the Hollywood Hills to Santa Monica and the Westside.
