I recently hired Kim Perdomo to list and sell my mother's townhome who had recently passed away in the fall of 2022. As an out of state executor, I was concerned about the dated interior and deferred maintenance that had accumulated over the years along with managing the process from afar. I was very pleased that Kim jumped into the situation and arranged and supervised a lot of contractors to fix, update and freshen up the house which substantially increased its appeal in my opinion. Additionally, after strongly recommending it, we decided to stage the house with modern furniture and stylings which further increased its attractiveness. Meanwhile interest rates were increasing and several additional listings showed up so I was concerned about a possible lengthy sales process going into a slowing market/season.
