Coming from the internet world, Kim holds a degree in Computer Integrated Information Systems (CIIS), infusing intelligence, connectivity, and data into her clients' journey for a stress-free property hunting experience.
Kim has gained a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of commercial office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties in the community. Her success is also attributed to her patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. She knows how to listen and understand her clients' needs, viewing representation and guidance through the selling and buying process as a privilege, and building relationships that last over time.
Kim credits the values instilled in her by her parents as vital to her professional success. She is an active member of professional networking real estate groups such as RAA, NAR, LREC, Certified Commercial Member and is also an Associate Broker. She served as a board member of The Asian Chamber of Commerce of Acadiana, volunteers for United Way, and supports Dreams Come True for Kids. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Kim is well-equipped to serve the Vietnamese community.
