About Kim
Kim Sankey joined the Meghan Chorin Team in 2022, after deciding to pursue her love for all things real estate related. Focusing on Philadelphia and the outer suburbs, Kim is passionate about helping her buyers find their dream home and helping her sellers through a seamless transaction. She was raised and currently resides in Bucks County, and lived in the Philadelphia area for eight years. She attended La Salle University where she earned her Bachelors and Master's Degrees in Speech Pathology.  Kim's background of assisting adults with speech and cognition impairments is reflective of her passion to help others. It is this same passion that has drawn her to residential real estate. 
 
Kim currently lives in the Ivyland, Bucks County with her husband, Joe, her son, Beau and mini GoldenDoodle, Cooper. She has extensive knowledge of the Bucks County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia areas. Kim works closely with her clients to learn all about their housing desires so she can help make them into a reality. She is a diligent professional, and strives to increase her knowledge, skills and abilities to target the needs of her clients.
