Kim van der Heijden brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, leadership, and client service to her real estate career. Originally from Massachusetts, Kim has always had a deep connection to Cape Cod. After spending years vacationing in her family summer home in Falmouth, she and her husband made their dream of owning a Cape home a reality. Today, she enjoys spending time in Falmouth with family and friends, exploring local businesses, biking downtown, walking the beach with her dog Teddy, playing pickleball, and embracing the Cape Cod lifestyle she knows so many people dream about.
Kim believes real estate is about people first and properties second. She loves helping clients find not just a house, but a place where memories are made and new chapters begin.
