About Kim
Bay Area native Kim Wiley led an idyllic childhood at her family's three-acre home, and in fifth grade, a fateful family move to Vacaville put her on the path to meeting high school sweetheart, now husband of 20 years, Todd.
After receiving a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing and a minor in graphic design, Kim pursued a career in advertising, and in short order, she landed a position at the top firm in the city. Once again, fate had other ideas and steered Kim to a career in financial services where she had significant success in a number of prestigious roles. By 2013, as Todd's real estate business was flourishing, she made the decision to join him.
Today, Kim credits that 18 years of serving ultrahigh net worth individuals in the financial industry for instilling a genuine care for her real estate clients' success and an in-depth understanding of the process and emotion that comes with important financial decisions.
