“Real Estate is an incredible opportunity for people to plant roots, and to build a legacy.”
Raised in Paradise Valley, Kim has had a front row seat to the growth, development, and
redevelopment happening in the Valley. She is an Arizona State University graduate with a
degree in marketing, which has paved the way for decades of experience in sales and customer
service across various sectors. Becoming a real estate agent was a natural choice for her.
Kim’s great joy in being an agent is helping people find homes that bring them closer to their
loved ones and to achieving their goals. Whether it's guiding first-time homebuyers, empty
nesters, or the start of new chapters, she finds immense satisfaction in her work. Her clients
would agree that her attention to detail and service ensures a smooth and successful transaction.
Outside of real estate, Kim's life revolves around her friends and family – husband, Jim, and their
five adult children. Big family dinners or nights out with friends are usually on the calendar.
Additionally, Kim currently serves as a board member for Firm Foundations Youth Homes.
Recently, the family has grown with the addition of daughter-in-law, Analiese Cooper. Kim and
Ani work together as The Coopers - part of The Calibre Group here at Compass. They are one
powerful Mother-in-law/Daughter-in-law team!
