Kim Hohman

Houston real estate expert Kim Hohman feels her best when she's helping others, so finding the perfect home and community for her clients is truly fulfilling. She aims to make the process as pleasant as possible, which she achieves by setting goals with a clear agenda, making sure her clients understand each step and carefully guiding them to success.

Kim's patient, advisory approach was no doubt formed during her 10-year career in training and development for Continental Airlines. After that, she turned her talent for sales and client service to the launch of a successful children's boutique. Prior to obtaining her license, Kim also successfully researched and purchased several investment properties of her own.

Named a Rising Star in 2017 and a Top Producer in 2018 , Kim is a standout among Houston realtors. A founding member of The Ricca Hohman Real Estate Advisory Group, she represents buyers, sellers and renters throughout the city.

Originally from Maine, Kim earned a degree in advertising from Texas Tech University and has lived in Houston for more than 20 years. She resides in the Memorial Villages, which she loves for it's small-town sense of community, and she's a frequent volunteer at her three children's schools.
