About Kimberly

Kimberly has been a licensed real estate agent for 17 years and is both an active sales agent as well as a rental agent. Raised in Chatham she has extensive knowledge of the seaside community as well as many other neighboring towns. After a decade of working as a principal overseeing an investment department in Newton MA, she and her husband Rich moved back to Chatham in 2001. Her love for and commitment to her community make selling homes and booking vacation rentals an ideal fit for her professionally and personally.

An avid runner and athlete, Kimberly enjoys coaching fitness and track in the Monomoy Regional School District. Paramount is spending time with her sons, enjoying the many beautiful, local beaches, and volunteering at the schools. She is also a commissioner on the Chatham Parks and Recreation Commission.
