Kimberly Robbins is a Chatham native, Realtor with over 20 years of experience, an award-winning nature and wildlife photographer, longtime local business owner, coach, and community volunteer whose personal and professional life has been deeply rooted in Cape Cod.
Raised in South Chatham on her family’s 63-acre property surrounded by woods and marshland, Kimberly developed an early connection to wildlife, nature, and the Cape landscape that would later become central to her photography. In 2022, she received Mass Audubon’s Photo of the Year award, and she continues to photograph wildlife throughout Cape Cod and beyond. She also volunteers with Wild Care Cape Cod and uses her photography to support local charitable organizations and events.
A graduate of Chatham High School, Kimberly attended the University of Arizona before beginning a decade-long career in private financial services in the Boston area. She served as the firm’s Equities Coordinator, earned her Series 7 and Series 24 licenses, and worked as a financial principal overseeing investments, asset transfers, compliance, and portfolio-related matters.
After returning home to Chatham, Kimberly spent 24 years building and operating a family real estate and vacation rental business. She now specializes in residential real estate sales, drawing upon decades of business experience and an intimate knowledge of the Cape community.
Kimberly has also dedicated much of her life to community service. She has served for approximately ten years on the Chatham Parks and Recreation Commission and spent over ten years serving on school councils at Chatham Elementary School, Monomoy Regional Middle School, and Monomoy Regional High School. Her involvement in the Monomoy school system has included years of volunteering, coaching, and supporting students and school programs.
Her philanthropic work extends throughout the Cape community. Kimberly directs a community walk benefiting the Homeless Prevention Council and has supported organizations and events including Cape Wellness Collaborative and other local charitable causes. In 2025, she received Monomoy Regional High School’s Ad Lucem Award, recognizing members of the community who serve as a “beacon of light” through their volunteerism, generosity, and commitment to the school community.
A lifelong athlete, Kimberly has completed two Boston Marathons and sprint triathlons and has coached athletes ranging from young children to varsity-level competitors.
She brings to the Creative Arts Center a combination of artistic perspective, financial and business experience, community leadership, nonprofit involvement, and a lifelong commitment to Chatham and Cape Cod.
