Whatever field I'm in, I choose to work with the best. Before real estate, I was an executive and vertical leader at Fortune 100 companies including GE, Boston Scientific, UnitedHealthcare, and Genpact. Joining Compass continues that intention to only work with best in the industry. 

For more than ten years, I've worked as an executive coach helping leaders make high-stakes decisions with clarity. That means I listen closely, understand what is important, help you cut through the complexity, weigh your options, and guide you to the decision that feel informed, secure, and confident.

As part of Deirdre Coit & Associates, I draw on decades of long-standing relationships and deep market knowledge across La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and Palm Springs, from PGA West and The Madison Club to The Vintage Club, Thunderbird, and Bighorn. For sellers, our work begins on day one with Compass's three-phase marketing strategy, which identifies the ideal price before your home reaches the broader market and maximizes its exposure at every stage.

My husband, a three-time CEO, and I recently made La Quinta our permanent home, and we've watched the valley grow into a thriving year-round community, with the newly opened CV Link and new homes and hotels on the way. I chose real estate to help executives like us find their place here, and, I'll admit, for a selfish reason too: I love meeting wonderful people and want to add them to our community.

You'll find us on the pickleball and tennis courts, hiking above the Cove, finding the best dining experiences, or at the clubhouse. Many clients become dear friends who are always welcome in our world, and more importantly, in our home.
