Trish blends an unparalleled knowledge of Peninsula real estate with a track record of success in sales and adds the dimension of having been a successful entrepreneur.

The fact that she was born, raised, and lives on the Peninsula has given her a lifetime of relevant experience that provides a rich perspective on local real estate. Her roots are deep and broad, as she raised her children in San Mateo where she, her husband, and their dog Missy continue to reside.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Trish previously spent 15 years in sales. In that role, her communication skills combined with her strong negotiation skills and her attention to detail helped her rank in the top 5% of salespeople nationwide. She is consistently recognized by RealTrends Verified as a top-performing real estate agent.

Trish is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition, she is active with Multiple Listings Inc. (MLS), which gives her access to information on properties throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
