Kindy Hensler

For 20+ years,  Kindy has been at the leading edge of Nashville’s residential boom, representing clients both buying and selling their homes in some of the City’s highest profile urban developments, nearby neighborhoods and in the picturesque areas beyond this city’s borders.  She knows where Nashville has been and where it is headed.  With resources throughout nearly every facet of this community, she has developed the trust of a broad network and leverages her proven experience in the luxury residential market to help clients sell their homes and/or find the neighborhood and home that fits them best.  

Kindy moved here from So. Florida with her husband 25 years ago.  She knows what it’s like to navigate a new city and finds real joy in helping clients find the perfect place to land in Nashville. A generational Floridian, the most southern state, it was easy to embrace Nashville as home.  They quickly discovered and still believes the city to be one of the best places to live and raise a family.  Living in the Volunteer state, getting involved and engaged in community is paramount. She is an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, sits on the board of the Gulch Business Improvement District (GBID), the advisory boards for Nashville Ballet Ball and Friends of Warner Parks, and is regular supporter of Friends of Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, The Women’s Fund Community Foundation and Sexual Assault Center of Nashville.
