About Kiplyn
A fourth-generation Atlanta area native, Kiplyn joins Beacham & Company, REALTORS after nearly 14 years in the school counseling and education field. Consistent with this professional background, Kiplyn brings to her client services strong negotiation skills, patience, enthusiasm, and discretion to implement her clients’ goals, whether buying or selling.
Serving the Buckhead community in which she lives with her husband Gardiner and children George and Merritt, Kiplyn is actively involved with Trinity School, the Junior League of Atlanta, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Buckhead Church. Kiplyn is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BS’99, MEd ‘01, EdS ’04).
