About Kiriana
Born and raised in the Juniata Park section of Philadelphia, Kiriana grew up with strong roots, a strong work ethic, and a deep appreciation for community. After graduating from Little Flower Catholic High School in 2015, and continuing her education at Neumann University, her path unexpectedly led her to the place I she proudly calls home — Avalon.
At 16, Kiriana began spending her summers in Avalon working at a local ice cream parlor. What started as a summer job quickly turned into something much bigger! Just a few summers later, she was balancing late nights managing a business while interning at a real estate office during the day — and that’s when she discovered her passion for real estate.
After college, she packed her bags, and moved to Avalon full time. From there, Kiriana followed her team to Compass, where the Beach to Bay Team was born. Today, she primarily focuses on vacation rentals with a special love for Avalon and Stone Harbor, while continuing to grow a presence in sales.
Kiriana is someone who welcomes every opportunity to learn, grow, and take on new challenges for her clients. Whether it’s helping families find the perfect summer getaway or guiding them through the purchase of a home where they will make lasting memories. She believes in treating every transaction with care, honesty, and dedication.
While always proud of her Philly roots — they shaped who she is — Kiriana chose shore life for a reason. She wanted a career and a community where relationships matter, where life slows down just enough to enjoy it, and where the sound of the ocean reminds you why you’re here.
In the winter, you’ll find her in the office, spending time with family and friends, curled up with a good book, or pet sitting the best animals around! In the summer? She is still managing that ice cream parlor — so there’s a good chance you’ll see her there after a day of showings or checking you into your vacation rental on the weekends. Because to her, this town isn’t just about houses — it’s about people, creating community, and helping others love where they live as much as she does.
