I have been involved with Kirk in 5 different real estate transactions. He sold us his house in Park Hill back in 2017. After which he was over here several times, making sure we were settled in and that we knew all the intricate details of our new home. Over the years, he has always been a great friend and neighbor.
In 2021, my 87 year old mother needed to sell her problematic home in Burleson and needed to not only downsize but also to get closer to us. Kirk got her an unbelievable deal on her sale - I truly mean an unbelievable deal - and he managed to find her the perfect home just a few miles away so that I can be near enough to care for her easily when needed. In addition to the great deal he was able to procure for her, his patience and kindness to her was legendary. I was truly amazed and grateful for all he did, especially for how kind he was to my mother.
Fast forward to last month, we decided we needed to move and once again, Kirk stepped up to the challenge. He got us, what has to be the Parkhill record price per square foot, for our home and he did it in a softening market in under 2 weeks. PLUS he has found us a new great home that is perfect for us.
