Hello, and thank you for visiting my site. I’m excited to share a bit about my real estate journey and how I can support you in achieving your real estate goals. I began my career in real estate over 25 years ago as a commercial broker specializing in office condominiums. For the past two decades, I’ve focused on both development and residential brokerage in Scottsdale, Arizona. As the Broker/Owner of a boutique firm, I had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, specializing in luxury condominium communities and single-family homes throughout the Scottsdale market. I recently joined Compass to leverage its innovative technology and enhanced tools, allowing me to better serve my clients in an ever-evolving market. My background also includes more than two decades of in-depth market analysis in the luxury condominium sector as former Vice President of Butte Companies, a Scottsdale-based multifamily developer, responsible for delivering several high-profile projects in Kierland, including The Landmark—an ultra-luxury condominium community overlooking The Westin Kierland Golf Course. Recently, I have been engaged to consult on residential reconstruction projects and advise high-end communities and HOAs on property management and capital improvements—leveraging my background across development, brokerage, construction, and community governance to provide thoughtful, high-level guidance. This experience further enhances the insight I bring to my clients throughout the buying and selling process. I am known for my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience. I believe real estate should be both successful and fun, and I pride myself on keeping clients informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. I work with buyers and sellers across the Valley, from Cave Creek to Arcadia and Biltmore to Scottsdale Mountain with an emphasis on Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. I have served on the Board of Trustees for Scottsdale Arts and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest shelter for homeless families. I was also the founding chairwoman of the Women’s Leadership Initiative for the Urban Land Institute Arizona District Council, as well as a founding board member and past Chairman of its Young Leaders Group.
